Our Products
All our products are made on demand, so we do not keep any stock and only produce the items when you place an order. This allows us to offer a variety of designs, colors, and sizes for you to choose from and keep affordable costs and be eco-friendly. However, it also means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address.
Refunds
We only offer refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. If you believe your item falls into one of these categories, you must contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the issue when you reach out.
Upon review of your refund request, we will determine if your product qualifies for a refund or replacement. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions. Without this authorization, we cannot process your refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. We do not accept refunds for products that have been customized, washed, worn, or altered in any way.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective products. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us first before initiating any return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Upon review of your return request, we will determine if your product qualifies as defective. If approved, we will provide you with the return address. Without this authorization, we cannot process your return.
We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet our criteria for defective products. Our goal is to ensure fair treatment for all customers while maintaining the quality of our products and services.

We accept PayPal payments only. PayPal is a secure and convenient way to pay online with your credit card or bank account.
